This month’s Destination Deep Dive will focus on Florence. Florence is more crowded than ever, but the quality of tourism…sucks. Social media funnels visitors toward a handful of viral spots at the expense of the best reasons to visit Florence, which are many.
In this Deep Dive, I’ll offer an alternative: a narrative you can unfold through Florence by walking specific streets, seeking out landmarks, tasting the dishes that define its history, and stepping into churches to see famous works of Renaissance art that you can experience for yourself in a quiet moment of wonder.
